Usually, we recommend that you wear your aligner trays for approximately two weeks before moving on to the next series of aligner trays. They are removable, and wearing them for at least 22 hours per day will help your treatment stay on track. You can remove your Invisalign to eat, drink hot beverages, and to clean your teeth.
We will schedule regular exams in our Springfield, IL dentist office to monitor your treatment and make sure you stay on track.

As with all orthodontics, wearing a retainer is essential to maintaining your smile. Without retainer use, your teeth will naturally drift and cause an orthodontic relapse. We will create a retainer for you once your treatment is complete!
